2.Presentation

Let Ss look at the pictures and guess the content.

Ss answer some questions:

What did she cook?

How did she prepare the food?

What did Hoa do?…………….

3.Practice:

Have Ss read the text in their minds.

Ask Ss to read the text aloud.

Explain voc.

Have them give answers (can ask and answer)

Have them write the menu.

4. Production:

Have S work in pairs (part b)

Ask them to add the missing verbs to the instructions.

Have them match the instructions to the pictures.

Call on some Ss to give the answers.

a.Write the menu:

-Cucumber salad with onuons.

-Boiled spinach.

-Stir-fried beef with green peppers and onions.

3. Heat the pan.

4. Stir-fry the beef.

5. Add some soy sauce to the dish.

6. Boil / cook rice.

7. Add salt to the spinach.
