1. How is the Party Badge awarding ceremony conducted?

- Participants in the ceremony of awarding the Party Badge are all members of the Party committee, grassroots cell; If a party committee has a large number of party members, all party members of the branch whose party members are awarded the Party Badge and representatives of other branches shall be invited.

- For party members who are awarded the Party Badge but cannot attend the Party Badge awarding ceremony due to old age or health reasons, grassroots party organizations shall organize the awarding of the Party Badge at home, ensuring that the elegant, dignified.

2. Regulations on awarding Party badges

a) Party members

Party members with full 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 years old party make declarations to request the Party cell; Party members who have lost the Party Badge shall make a report stating the reasons for the loss of the Party Badge and request the branch; for a deceased party member, his/her family member shall make a declaration to request the branch cell to consider it.

b) Branch

Considering, if the criteria specified at Point 27.3, Section a, Regulation 29-QD/TW and Point 18, Guideline 01-HD/TW are met, the superior committee is requested to consider awarding the Party Badge and re-issue the Medal of the Party. Party badge is lost or posthumously confer the Party Badge to a deceased party member.

c) Grassroots Party Committee

- Review and report to the immediate superior party committee the list of party members who propose to confer the Party Badge (or request the re-grant of the Party Badge, posthumously request the Party Badge) to the party member.

- Organizing the awarding ceremony of the Party Badge for Party members. The awarding of the Party Badge to the deceased party member is given to the family representative at the ceremony or held at the party member's family.

d) District Party Committee and equivalent:

- Consider and propose the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (and equivalent) to award the Party Badge, re-issue the Party Badge and posthumously award the Party Badge to its members.

- After the decision is made, the organizing committee of the party committee records the number of the Party Badge in the list of party members, writes the certificate, in the book of giving the Party Badge of the party committee, assigns the Party Badge with the decision and certificate. giving Party Badges to grassroots committees to organize the awarding of Party Badges to party members.

- Assign party committees to attend and award Party badges to party members.

e) Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee and equivalent

On the basis of the proposal of the organizing committee of the committee:

- To consider and issue a decision on conferring the Party Badge, re-granting the Party Badge or posthumously conferring the Party Badge (general decision and attached list, decision for individual party members).

- The Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the equivalent after each awarding of the Party Badge (February 3, May 19, September 2, November 7 every year) compiles a list of party members who are awarded the Party Badge for management. .
